Openty is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages and reminders will always be delivered on time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including events that are missed, cancelled, or affected by a service outage.

You are solely responsible for the events you create and the content you submit — titles, descriptions, locations, images, and any information you share with guests. You confirm that you have the right to use any image you upload, and that your content does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. We do not review content before it is published, but we may remove content or suspend access where these terms are broken.

You agree not to use Openty to:

• post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
• send spam or unsolicited promotional messages, or invite people who have not agreed to hear from you;
• impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection to one;
• upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users’ data;
• scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service, or use it through automated means outside the app;
• breach the LINE Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
